This multi-agency administrative office center provides a consolidated space for all the Chaves County government agencies. In addition to a polling area, warehouse, the planning and zoning and environmental departments, the facility also houses the County’s administration, treasurer, assessor, manager’s office and clerk’s office. A significant portion of the new facility (20,000 sf) was used for the Sheriff’s Department and County Commission. The Sheriff’s office is full service with room for booking, holding, evidence storage, detective offices, exercise room, and dispatch.
