The Sigler Wholesale Distributing and Warehouse is a combined facility providing commercial and residential sales offices, retail parts counter, and sufficient storage facilities to house all inventory onsite. Built with separate entries and programmable access control, safety was improved and inventory theft was reduced. This 63,000 sf facility is the first building in the State of New Mexico to meet the green building standards required for Silver level certification under the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) green building rating system version 2. 2.
