Contracted in 2008 by LAM Corporation, Studio SW provided a full range of services for this fast-tracked project. The master planning, programming, design, and construction administration resulted in an attractive and versatile community school, educating grades K-8 and housing about 20 percent of the students in an 18,500 sf dormitory.

The design of flexible multi-use spaces provides the school with a variety of options for academic and community based events. Completed within 24 months of the contract award, Dilcon Community School was designed with sustainable design principals and features.
