The Chaves County Courthouse Renovation and Expansion is an award-winning 100,000 sf (45,000 sf historic renovation and 55,000 sf addition) project, which restored the iconic Historic Courthouse while bringing the entire facility up to current courthouse standards. The historic courthouse expansion includes four new district courtrooms, two hearing rooms, and two new magistrate courts.
