The Sandia Oral Surgery and dental implant center involved an interior remodel of a 4,000 sf vacant building and minor exterior modifications. The large waiting room was designed to make patients feel comfortable, especially since many of them come from out of town. Sandia Oral Surgery now has one of the largest oral surgery offices in the southwest and has a high referral rate because area dentists know their patients will be cared for in a pleasant environment.
