Silver Avenue Flats is an urban mixed-use development in downtown Albuquerque. This five-story environmentally friendly project will contribute to the City’s 2025 Downtown Plan by providing high-end market rate apartments, a bicycle transit center, commercial space, fitness center, and parking garage. Taking into consideration the urban nature of the project site, the design of Silver Avenue Flats will fit within the context of the downtown environment while offering a modern living experience to urban professionals.

In collaboration with Klinger Constructors, SMPC Architects, and CBRE, Studio Southwest Architects looks forward to sharing in the redevelopment of downtown Albuquerque.
